Our focus
We provide mentoring and coaching for e-learning, medical education or instructional design team leaders.
How does it work?
A regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly session is organised in advance (or on urgent request if in difficulty) - each session can be used to discuss you immediate challenges or a structure for a review of your role, team and service can be provided.
You can choose between the two models of
coaching (using the GROWTH model)
mentoring (providing subject-specific experience to provide advice and guidance)
or switch between them as appropriate.
