Our company is led by Peter Rainger but we have a group of consultants who work with us to deliver our services. Peter is the Chief Education Officer and takes personal accountability and responsibility for the medical accuracy and educational quality of all our work.

Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Smith & Nephew, Allergan, Novartis, Stryker, Zimmer Biomet, Braun, Siemens, AO Foundation, Orbis and AAOS to name a few organisations.
Peter has also worked on projects with:
Higher Education Academy, JISC, BECTA, Royal Colleges and PSRBs.
Peter has worked with universities across the world on numerous projects but he was a member of staff at:
The University of Sussex, University of Brighton, University of Birmingham and University of Warwick.
What does Surgigogy mean?
Andragogy is the art and science of teaching adults, whilst pedagogy is often mistakenly used to describe the art and science of teaching for all subjects, but is in fact specifically related to the learning, teaching and assessment of children. Heutagogy is the art and science of developing independent, self-directed learners who move beyond andragogy (often associated with postgraduate education).
Recently, we have delivered a significant amount of high-quality education in the field of surgery, so we have coined the term surgi-gogy.
However, our unique expertise also covers the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare, clinical, medical, and biomedical subjects, as well as related social science subjects.
